RETURNS
No refund.
We can offer an exchange and/or credit note on full priced items (less the shipping price).
We allow 7 days to return your order from the day of receiving your order.
It is the customers responsibility to pay the freight on an exchange.
Credit notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
Purchases on sale items are final, no exchange.
It is the customers responsibility to return the product, in perfect condition to us. We recommend you use tracking with your return item. We are not responsible for any lost return items. Items must be in the original condition with tags attached and unworn for us to be able to accept them back. If the garment is not in ‘original condition’ we will be unable to exchange the garment or offer a credit. Please include your name, contact details and the order number.
Email us at shopdenimlife.com.au to notify us that you will be returning the garment and whether you would like to exchange or have a credit note.
We do not accept in store returns or exchanges for online orders.
